BUSY GIRL "DIET"


I want to share with you guys this new ' busy girl "diet" ' I'm trying. (I put quotations because it's not really a diet. It's just eating better than I was) I am always on the go and eat a lot of food that I can grab fast, which isn't the healthiest. Doesn't help I have a huge sweet tooth either. Let me be clear I'm not doing this to lose weight. I'm doing it to tone up...but let's be real if I lose weight during this, I won't be mad

Detox waters

Easy on the go drinks that have serious benefits! You make all these the night before to 5 days ahead. All my drinks/ meals are mason jar friendly!

Cinnamon Strawberry

5 strawberries (halves)

1/2 cinnamon

1 lime

1 L of water

GML

Green tea

Mint leaves

Lime

12-16 oz

Benefits: fat burning, digestion, & headaches

Berry Splash

Raspberries

Mint leaves

1 lemon

12- 16 oz

Benefits: weight loss & energy

Hunger Smasher

Cucumbers

Lemon

Lime

Benefits: hydration, digestion, & appetite control

So like most who are super busy, I'm a big snacker! I swear I'm hungry every 3 hours! A great snack that is low in calories and easy to grab is Rice Rolls. I promise they don't taste like cardboard or that gluten free bread stuff! I get the lightly sweetened and they are only 50 calories each. Feel free to add honey, peanut-butter, or cinnamon sugar.

Work-out time!!

Let me start off by saying I HATE WORKING-OUT! Plus I'm so busy all I want to do is relax or do anything else but work-out. I told myself I want to work on my arms and thighs/butt so I promised myself I will stick to these 2 challenges! Max time is 30min! Any working girl can manage that. Join me!! ....wish me luck on these SQUATS! I didn't even know doing 250 was even healthy...sounds dangerous!
