Busy Girl "Diet" Update


I wanted to let you guys know how this Busy Girl "diet" is going. I started this on the 7th of April and it is the 18th of April today.

I have been doing the workouts from Heather Foley about 4 days a week. I only repeat the whole video around 2-3 times back to back. Start with the heavy weights first then I go down to a smaller amount.

The Workout:

I haven't really worked out in a long time, so I found these workouts to be killer. I tried the "Arm Challenge" workout and I couldn't really feel the workout or a change. So thats when I found Heather Foley video workout. I love this workout! It is only been 7 days and I can already see such a difference! Not only in my arms but I feel the workout in my legs and stomach as well. Add in some squats too! Huge plus it's only a 15 - 30 minute workout! The true workout for a Busy Girl!!

The Food:

The rice rolls are amazing! That has stuck and will stay. the detox waters I kinda dropped. I couldn't handle the taste of a lot of them. I only stick to water, lemon juice, and a splash of tea. Drinking water all day is really good for you! However, you wont find me drinking the 8-10 glasses they say you should a day.

My breakfast meal is either a smoothie (a banana, Pomegranate Acai & Blueberry Sorbet, a cup of a vanilla protein shake mix and ice) or just cereal and a banana in it.

Eat veggies (with or without ranch)! I eat them when I get that 'in between" meal hunger.

Remember! This isn't a 'lose weight' diet I'm just making a better me. So I don't count what I eat. To me its all about portion of food, substitute sugar for agave honey and a light daily workout. Simple as that and I've seen serious results already.
